Book Worm Wonders at The Farmers Market

Book lovers of all ages are invited to celebrate the joy of reading at Book Worm Wonders, a special literary-themed day taking place at the Garden City Farmers Market on Sunday, July 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature Traveling Tales, a traveling bookstore offering a special story time, along with free children’s books courtesy of Books Are Wings. Guests can also meet local authors and shop for unique book-inspired finds, including The Book Emporium’s popular “Blind Date with a Book” selections. Whether you are a lifelong reader, raising a little bookworm, or simply looking for a fun family outing, Bookworm Wonders will offer something for everyone while celebrating books, imagination and literacy.

The festivities will continue with live music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., delicious food trucks, local farms and talented makers offering fresh produce, handcrafted goods and one-of-a-kind finds.
