Join Garden City Center and Roger Williams Park Zoo to meet small creatures and critters at the Gazebo!
If you’ve attended in previous years, keep reading as these will be a different format!
Pop by Garden City Center any time from 10-11 on Tuesdays this summer and visit the Zoo’s table to meet an animal, learn fun facts about the animal and its habitat, and a take home craft and activity. Please note this is not a formal facilitated program and you may come and go on your schedule!
- • June 20th – Turtles (Animal Ambassador- Eastern box turtle)
- • June 27th – Decomposers (Animal Ambassador- Madagascar hissing cockroach)
- • July 11th – Snakes (Animal Ambassador- snake)
- • July 18th – Invertebrates (Animal Ambassadors- tarantula and scorpion)
- • July 25th – Turtles (Animal Ambassador- Eastern box turtle)
- • August 1st – Decomposers (Animal Ambassador- Madagascar hissing cockroach)
- • August 8th – Snakes (Animal Ambassador- snake)
- • August 15th – Invertebrates (Animal Ambassadors- tarantula and scorpion)
