Spend an early autumn evening on the patio at Chaska for a two-course wine dinner. The first pairing brings Hugel Gentil, an Alsace white, alongside shared starter platters of chili shrimp, Punjabi samosa chaat, and chicken 65. The second pours Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir with Peshawari chicken korma, lamb barra kebabs, and coconut vegetable curry, plus a rice and bread basket for the table.
