  • Review and/or preparation of purchase and sales agreement: a p&s agreement is a binding contract spelling out all the terms in the transaction. An attorney should review this on your behalf to verify your best interests are being protected.
  • Title search and title commitment: a review of the public land records and title documents related to the property being purchased before you buy to ensure a free and marketable title.
  • Issuance of Owners Title insurance: An insurance policy to protect your property rights and give you peace of mind.
  • Closing procedure & services: organize all documentation and convene everyone on the day of closing.
